So, your wondering
about the man they call Jason
Ryan. Strap
yourselves in, put your tray tables in
upright and locked
position, and please extinguish
all smoking materials.
As a young “Shadow”, Jason
grew up listening
to the music that inspired a
generation, but that
generation was not his. He may
have grown up in the
80's, but he bypassed such pop
stars of the time
as NKOTB (New Kids on the Block),
Men Without Hats,
A-Ha, and Poison. What Ryan
ended up listening
to was Elton John, Queen,
The Doors, and of
course The Who. Born May 23rd
in Milwaukee and raised
in his home town of East Troy,
Mr. Ryan decided to
take that fabled trek to
Whitewater.
One fateful afternoon is when he met
his cohort in crime,
Max Power. Through the years
of much bickering,
tireless tribulations, and friendship,
the duo of Max and
Ryan have put it all together.
Ryan, looking back
at all he has went through in his
past, stands tall
and stares at the mouth of fate, and
likes what he sees.
If it wasn’t for the past, he
wouldn’t be standing
here today.
Other (not so) interesting notes:
-The founder of the
Mad Mad Mad Retro Morning Show
and author
of the "View from the Desk".
-Would run stupidly
into his buring house just to save his
cd collection.
-Famous people he has
met: Jason Newsted (formally of
Metallica),
Lewis Black, Nickleback, 3 Doors Down,
Jesse James
Dupree, Jim Gantner, John Astin, Gilbert
Gottfried and
"Wierd Al" Yankovich.
-Once thought he was
Superman during an intermural softball
game flying
over an equipment cart in center field.
-Fondest memory of
a Milwaukee Brewer game: staying for
all 19 innings
of a day game between the White Sox vs. the
Brewers in
1991. The game was a school field trip.
